Refund policy
We hope that you absolutely love every purchase made from Curateology but if you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@curateology.co.uk.
Please email the reason for the return along with photographs where applicable .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product please make sure you follow the below steps:
You must include a print out of your order confirmation or a covering letter which states your order number, name and email address. Please note, if either of these are not included we will not be able to identify the returned product and allocate the refund.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchange request that does not meet the Curateology returns requirements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used items cannot be returned . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@curateology.co.uk.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
